Hummus with avocado, olive oil and sesame paste





Ingredients:

— 2 avocados medium maturity

— 1 Cup (200 g) chickpeas (should be pre-boiled until tender)

— 2 tablespoons olive oil

— 100 g tahini (crushed sesame seeds)

— greens (cilantro, dill, parsley — to your taste)

— lemon juice/lime juice(about a tablespoon, adjust to taste)

— salt, seasonings and spices to taste

How to cook:

Mix the boiled chickpeas, olive oil, tahini, lime juice, salt and spices in a blender until a homogeneous mass.

Add avocado and again mix until smooth.

Serve additional watering olive oil and cosipa greens. published
