The secret to making delicate creamy hummus
There's nothing better than a hearty and easy dinner, after which there remains a heaviness in the stomach. A bowl of hummus, fresh hot bread and lots of vegetables and fruits just from the market – all you need for happiness is a cozy evening.

If you have time, it is better to clear the shells from the chickpeas in the bowl of water – this will take 10 minutes, and the hummus will turn out creamy soft.
Whisk the chickpea and 2-4 cloves garlic in a food processor, add the tahini (1/ St), juice of 1 lemon, ¾ tsp sea salt or 1 tbsp white miso paste.
Preroute in a food processor, gradually adding 1 tbsp water to achieve the desired degree of kremovato hummus.
Try and add salt and lemon pepper to taste.
In a bowl, mix sliced small zucchini, a small pumpkin, peach or nectarine (you can take another handful of cherries), halved cherry tomatoes ( 1 handful) and grains from one ear of corn.
Add a few drops of olive oil, season with salt and pepper, mix well.
Put the hummus in a dish, put on top of the vegetables and fruits.
Throw on top of fresh greens and herbs, slices of feta, a handful of roasted pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds.
Sprinkle with salt and serve with fresh pita or other bread.
