Delicious sandwiches in 2 minutes

Pate, pasta, toppings – whatever you call it, it is surprisingly tasty. Vegetables, nuts, legumes, sugar. Cook quickly, do not need complicated equipment to cope with a simple blender.

A young mother and programmer Moran assembled a collection of delicious vegan spreads in his blog.

Vegetable spreads

Zucchini.

Blend 2 zucchini with ¼ tbsp. of tahini, 1 tbsp olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, salt and garlic.

Baked peppers.

Cut peppers in large strips, add to skillet, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake 30 minutes at 189 degrees (the skin should turn black).

Put in a container, close the lid and let it brew. When cool, remove the skin (it should be easy to move).

Whisk in a blender with olive oil, balsamic vinegar or lemon juice and garlic. Leave a few pieces to put in the sandwiches, it's delicious!

Baked tomatoes.

Cut the tomato slices, place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake at 120 degrees for several hours. Cool and mix in a blender with olive oil and garlic.

Tapenade with olives.

Whisk the olives with olive oil and garlic.

Avocado.

Spread the bread with avocado, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Garlic.

Place 2 whole heads of garlic in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Check for softness with a toothpick. Let cool and mix with juice of one lemon and salt to taste.

Almonds with garlic.

Use the previous pasting as a basis and mix it with 1 tbsp of almond paste.
