Homemade halvah without sugar. Simple recipes

The recipes are very simple, unlike store-bought sweets, homemade halva is prepared only from natural products.

HALVA FROM SUNFLOWER SEEDS

  • Sesame flour


Preparation:

Grind in a blender the flax seeds, add a little water or orange juice. Grate the peel, add Flaxseed meal and mix with honey. Add a bit of sesame flour. SESAME HALVA

  • Sesame seeds – 2 cups,
  • Coconut – 0.5 cups,
  • Cocoa or carob – 1 — 1.5 art. spoon,
  • Vanilla to taste and desire
  • Honey – 2 tablespoons (preferably thick)
Cooking.

Coconut to grind and mix with sesame flour. Add the cocoa (carob) and vanilla. Mix well. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and mash the mixture with help of a mortar.
