Halva of carrots with cashews

Halvah is an Eastern dessert made of sugar, nuts, or seeds; the same word is used to describe several types of confectionery. One type of halva is based on ground seeds of oilseed crops (sesame, sunflower seeds, etc.). The other type is based on the flour (wheat, rice, corn flour or semolina or vegetables).

HALVA of CARROTS or Hager-halwa (Gajjar (carrot) Halwa) has the same recipes as Ukrainian borsch. In India, halva make even semolina... It's very tasty, believe me. If you want "cheap and cheerful" for a purse and enchanting for the guests, prepare the halva of carrots, You will not regret it and this dessert will definitely be the center of attention. A recipe that is offered to You, the original: that is the halva is served at Indian restaurant "Himalaya" in Kiev.
