Chocolate pancakes under chocolate sauce

 - 1 cup milk
 - 1 egg
 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
 - 1 cup flour
 - 1/3 cup cocoa powder
 - 1/4 cup sugar
 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

 - 300 g heavy cream
 - 300 grams of dark chocolate
 - 50 grams of sugar


In a medium bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, melted butter and whisk thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, cocoa, baking soda. Add the sugar and salt. Gradually sprinkle in the dry mixture to the milk-egg-OIL. Stir until smooth, not to leave lumps.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Small fry in butter pancakes on both sides and place on a plate all.

Mangled chocolate and place it in a heat-resistant bowl. In a small saucepan, heat the cream with the sugar. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Pour this mixture mangled chocolate and stir until smooth.

Pour hot pancakes prepared sauce and serve.
