- 300ml liquid kefir
- 270g wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar

Preparation
- Mix egg, sugar and salt in a bowl.
- Beat the yolk with the protein to foam. Sugar is not necessary to dissolve, it will disperse in warm kefir.
- Heat kefir on a small heat to 35-40 degrees. Pass over to the whipped eggs, stir.
- Shake the flour mixture with kefir to a homogeneous mass. If the dough is not dense enough, you can add flour. The dough should be such a consistency as that of very thick sour cream.
- Add the vinegar-extinguished soda to the dough. Stir it right away. In a couple of minutes, the dough will fluff up and become less dense. You have to let the test stand for 10 minutes, that's important. It's going up and it's going to blow up even more.
- After that, pour about 1 cm of vegetable oil into the heated pan so that the pancakes are browned on all sides.
- Put the dough on an incomplete spoon, forming round flatbreads. As soon as the top of them becomes holes, put the shoulder blade and turn over.
- The squirrels will immediately become lush, will rise well. One or two more minutes and the bottom will also be golden rosy.
- You can serve it on the table.
