Moldavian grandmother nyagre

Black Grandma Ingredients
  • 10 eggs
  • 200ml sunflower oil
  • 400g flour
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 1 tbsp soda
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 300g sugar
  • 250ml kefir
  • 25ml vodka


Preparation
  1. Prepare a roomy container so that it is convenient to work with the test. Ask for flour and soda, add sugar and sunflower oil. Stir it all together.


  2. In small portions, add kefir to the dough, and then milk. With the help of a mixer, beat everything to obtain a mass of uniform consistency.


  3. In a separate container, beat the eggs. Stirring a thick mass, inject the eggs into the dough, and then pour vodka.


  4. Prepare the utensils for the baking. A container with a thick bottom and sides is ideal (you can use a caterpillar or a cossack). Preliminarily lubricate the dishes with butter, sprinkle with crackers, then pour the dough.


  5. Bake the grandmother at a temperature of 200 degrees for an hour and a half, then reduce the temperature to 100 degrees and cook another hour and a half.
