How to make delicious zucchini
The ingredients
- 0.5 kg zucchini
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 160g flour
- 20g starch
- 350 ml of milk
- 15g parsley
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 500g chicken ground
- 1 bulb
- 50 ml of water
- 1 tsp chicken condiments
Preparation
- Cut the zucchini with cubes and then grind them with a blender.
- Add eggs, flour and starch to the zucchini. Stir everything until you get a mass of uniform consistency.
- Add milk to the thick mixture and mix it again with a blender.
- Add to the container with zucchini gruel crushed parsley, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Stir everything again and leave the mixture to insist for 10 minutes.
- Grind the onion with a blender and pair it with the mince. Add 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper.
- Pour ice water into the minced container and fry the meat in the frying pan. During frying, add chicken seasoning to the mince.
