2 cups sugar
1, 75 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cocoa powder for dusting +
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup sour milk
1 cup of freshly brewed strong coffee
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
Heat oven to 175 degrees. Round baking pan with a hole in the middle of Grease with butter and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Sskhar, flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and baking soda mix. In a mixer at low speed, mix until smooth milk, coffee, butter, eggs and vanilla. Gradually vspypte dry mixture. Beat the dough for about 4 minutes on medium speed to mix well.
Pour the batter into the prepared form and bake for 45 minutes. The cooled cake sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve.
