Products:
• 500 ml yogurt
• 2 eggs
• 200-250 g flour
• 5 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda
• Vegetable oil

Method of preparation:
1) Beat the eggs with sugar and salt.
2) Add the yogurt. Mix well.
3) Add the flour and baking soda. Knead dough quickly and easily without lumps is in a mixer.
4) Put a spoon pancakes on a heated pan, greased. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
5) Serve with sour cream, jam, berries or honey.
