Chicken soup in the Indian

chicken - 100g
onion - 1/2 onion
butter - 1 teaspoon
coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp
hot red pepper - 1/2 pod
ginger, turmeric, salt - to taste

How to:

Chicken cut into pieces (20-25 g), pour water, add salt, bring to a boil, remove excess fat and cook until tender.

Hot peppers, coriander seeds, turmeric, ginger triturated, mixed with a little water until the consistency of thick cream.

Onion finely chopped, lightly Passer in butter. Cooked weight of spices diluted chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Chicken and onions put in a soup bowl and pour the broth. Served separately crumbly rice. The soup should be very bold and quite sharp.
