  4. Slice chicken fillet cubes, brush the pan with vegetable oil and carefully fry the meat.
  5. When the vegetables are ready, add the spices and greens, then blend the soup in a blender. The approximate cooking time of the soup 45 minutes.
  6. Add to a saucepan the cream and blend the soup again.
  7. Serve the soup, adding chicken and croutons.

Ingredients
  • 100 g of dried mushrooms
