  4. Bring the broth to a boil, put the bay leaf and scented pepper, add the fillet cubes.
  5. Turn down the fire a little and cook for 7-10 minutes.
  6. Add vegetables and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
  7. Put processed cheese in the soup, stir well so that the cheese completely dissolves.

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bulb
  • cabbage
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • 3-4 tomatoes

Preparation
  1. Peel and chop all the vegetables in advance.
  2. Then start stacking the sliced vegetables in the pan in layers: 1st layer - carrots, 2nd layer - onions, 3rd layer - cabbage, 4th layer - cucumber, 5th layer - tomatoes, 6th layer - Bulgarian pepper.
  3. Cover the pan with a lid and carcasses of vegetables on a slow heat for 25-30 minutes in your own juice. If necessary, you can add a little water. Shake the pot periodically.
  4. Then pour the contents with steep boiling water, salt, bring to a boil and turn off.
