  • Parsley, Basil
  • Soy sauce, ground pepper
  • Sunflower oil 1 tablespoon
Method of preparation:

  • Put on the fire a pot with ingredients for Tom Yam soup, and while water boils, prepare the remaining components.
  • Shrimp clean.
  • Onions clean from the husk, cut with a knife. Carrots wash and grate. Tomatoes cut into small slices. Heat a pan, brush with oil. Put first the onion, then carrots, and a few minutes later tomatoes. Fry the vegetables for five to six minutes.
