5 autumn cream soups that can be prepared in 30 minutes






It happens that the family members are already on the threshold, and dinner isn't ready yet. The ideal solution would be a hot serving of cream soup. With proper skill, it can be prepared in just 30 minutes. It is based on foods that you can fairly quickly boil — it's cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, green beans, and potatoes, cut into small pieces.

You can also connect the oven and 30 minutes to cook the croutons for the soup to make it hearty. Always use ready-made broth — chicken or vegetable.

 Cream soup of cauliflower






INGREDIENTS:

Olive oil — 2 tbsp

Big onion — 1 PC.

Small potatoes — 2 PCs.

Cauliflower — 650 g

Heavy cream — 1/3 Cup

Vegetable broth 3-4 cups

Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Heat oil in a frying pan, fry on low heat the onions until transparent (5– 6 minutes). At the same time in boiling salted water in a pot put to boil the cauliflower and potatoes, cut into small pieces (10 minutes).

Broccoli — 700 g

Chicken broth — 4 cups

Heavy cream — 1/2 Cup

salt and pepper to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Heat in a saucepan the butter, fry over medium heat onions and carrots (7 minutes). At the same time, in a saucepan boil broccoli until soft (7 minutes). Drain water from broccoli and put to the onions and carrots, add salt, pepper and flour. Fry for 1 minute until then, until the flour is not browned.

In a saucepan pour vegetable broth and cook broccoli until tender (about 7 minutes). Put all ingredients in blender, grind until smooth. The soup is ready, serve.

Tip: cream of broccoli soup has a delicate flavor that can be great to set off, putting a plate of them fried walnuts or blue cheese.

 

Soup-puree of green beans




INGREDIENTS:

Green beans — 400 g

Chicken broth — 3 cups

Potatoes — 2 PCs.

Oil — 1/4 Cup

Garlic — 2 cloves

Sour cream — 1/4 Cup

Dill pinch

Lemon juice — 1 tbsp

Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Beans, sliced potatoes, oil, garlic and broth mix in a large saucepan, bring to a boil, turn down the gas temperature and boiled for 20 minutes under a lid over medium heat. The vegetables should be soft in the late season with salt and pepper.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan. Into the hot oil and mix up creamy. Add chopped mushrooms, fry over medium heat until then, until they become brown and give up most of their liquid.
