Cottage cheese casserole with berry syrup


 
Ingredients:
Curd 500g
Sour cream 3 tablespoons
Eggs 1 piece
Sugar 3 tablespoons
Raisins 100g
Semolina 2 tablespoons
Vanilla to taste
Berry syrup 1 cup
Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons

How to:
1. minced curd put 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, egg beaten with sugar, semolina, 1/2 teaspoon salt, vanilla.
2. All this mix thoroughly with a wooden spatula, add the peeled and washed raisins.
3. Thereafter, cottage cheese to put on a greased and sprinkled with crushed crackers pan or a shallow pan, smooth the surface, spread sour cream, drizzle with oil and bake in a hot oven for 25-30 minutes. On the table casserole served hot with syrup or sour cream.
