Courgettes 400 g
Wheat flour 120 g
Melted butter 40 g
Eggs 2 pieces
Salt to taste
1. Courgettes cleaned from the skin, cut lengthwise and remove the seeds.
2. Grate on medium grater or mince.
3. Pureed squash mixed with flour, eggs and salt.
4. The resulting mass lay out a spoon on a well heated pan and fry on both sides.
