4. Zucchini fritters with cheese and garlic

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 egg
  • 50 gr. grated cheese
  • clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • salt, pepper
How to prepare:

Zucchini peel and grate on a coarse grater, beat the egg, mix well.
