How to fry squash ingredients
  • 2-3 young zucchini
  • 100g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • tasteful
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil


Preparation
  1. First of all, zucchini should be washed under running water and dried with paper towels. And then we cut them in circles 0.5-1 cm thick. Some housewives recommend salting sliced zucchini and leaving for 15 minutes. But if it does not concern squash pancakes or casserole, then you should not do this, otherwise in the process of frying the circles will become too loose.





  2. Immediately after cutting zucchini, we take a container with a dense lid and pour flour into it. We add salt, our favorite spices, mix everything well and put our mugs inside the container. Then we cover the container with a lid and shake it well several times so that the zucchini are evenly covered with flour from all sides.

    If there is no suitable container, you can use an ordinary cellophane bag.





  3. Next, set the oven to warm up to 230 degrees and line the bowl with parchment paper. Parchment is abundantly lubricated with sunflower oil, and then tightly to each other we lay out zucchini on it.



  4. We wait until the oven warms up, and send a batter to it for 7 minutes. Then we take out the batter and carefully turn the zucchini using a spatula or fork.
