Cottage cheese casserole with a twist

Cheesecake can be prepared in different ways. Classic cheesecake, the ancient Slavic dish, proven for centuries. Cottage cheese casserole with spinach – for those who do not like sweet. A casserole of cheese, the recipe of which changed at the very last stage, will surprise guests!

Classic cheesecakeTo prepare this cheese casserole you need:

500 g of cottage cheese – 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of sour cream and sugar, 2 tbsp. spoons of semolina, 100 g raisins, ¼ vanilla powder, 1 Cup berries or fruit syrup and 3 tablespoons butter.

To prepare this cheese casserole you will need:

500 g of cottage cheese, 1 Cup sour cream, 3 eggs, 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar, semolina and butter, 250g of fresh spinach, 25 g of cheese.

In grated cheese add egg yolks, 2 tablespoons melted butter, sugar, salt, semolina. All this stir well and whip with a wooden spatula. Spinach to sort, clean from the stalks, leaves washed in two or three waters, drain in a sieve, to drain water, then finely chop and mix with curd mass.

Mix this mixture with whipped into foam proteins, put it in a greased and sprinkled with crushed crackers pan, level the surface, smear it with sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with oil and place in hot oven for 20-30 minutes. The hot cheesecake out onto a plate, pour oil and serve with cold sour cream.

Cheesecake with figs and yogurt

To prepare this cheese casserole (or souffle) you will need: 0, 5 kg of cheese, 10 dates, 2 tbsp. spoons of semolina, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp raisins, 1 tbsp sugar, 5 jars of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of butter to grease the form, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Dates are free from bones and cut into small pieces. Raisins several times rinse in warm water. Curd wipe through a sieve, to it add the chopped dates, raisins, semolina and pounded with sugar egg yolks. Stir all until a homogeneous mass, then add the whipped in a cool foam egg proteins and gently mix everything. Form for casseroles cheese butter, put into it the mixture and place in hot oven. Hot cheesecake to be cut into pieces and serve with cold yogurt.

Cottage cheese pudding prepared according to this recipe, easily converted into a cheese souffle, if laid out in the form of weight to put in the oven, and placed in a water bath with boiling water. And cook on low heat until fully cooked. Cheese souffle before cutting, you need to chill.
