Potato gratin with smoked ham


 
Ingredients:
250-350 gr. smoked ham
1 kg. Potato
20 gr. butter
2-3 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper
400 ml. cream
150-200 gr. grated cheese

Preparation:

Smoked ham cut into cubes, finely chopped garlic, potatoes cut into thin slices (the thinner the better).

Baking dish with high sides grease with butter and sprinkle with garlic part.

Potatoes mixed with ham, salt, pepper, remaining garlic.

The resulting "weight" to fill a baking dish, pour the cream on top and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 200 C for about 45-55 minutes, turn off the oven and leave the casserole for another 5-10 minutes.
