- 500g meat
- 20 potatoes
- 2 bulbs
- 50g lard
- 1.5 tbsp milk

- Let's start with meat. It could be anything. Changing the meat, you can change the taste of the dish. So, the meat should be marinated with any spices to your taste. I marinate in mayonnaise with garlic and spices. You can pickle it in the evening, but a couple of hours will be enough. The chicken in the casserole can turn out a little dry, so choose a juicy marinade.
- Now take the potatoes, peel them and grind them. Then put it in the coop and let the juice run. You can even squeeze a little to remove excess moisture.
- Lard and onions shallowly chop and roast in the pan until golden. When it's all full, add the milk, salt and pepper a little. As soon as the milk boils, take it off the fire. Let it cool down a little.
