Potato gratin "PUFF"



 
INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes - 6 pieces, minced meat (pork and beef) - 400 g mushrooms (or any other mushrooms) - 200 g Carrots - 2 pieces, onion repchapty - 2 pcs, Kefir - 100 g, mayonnaise (or sour cream) - 4 Article -5. l., White wine (can not) - 2 tbsp. l., Cheese - 150 g, salt (to taste), spices (to taste)

PREPARATION:
Potatoes cut into very thin circles. In minced meat add salt, pepper and spices to taste, diluted with milk or water (about 100ml), knead well. It should be soft, a little watery. Mushrooms fried with onions in vegetable oil. Separately, lightly fry the carrots and onions, add the wine, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Lubricating oil a baking dish and put all uniform layers: the bottom littered potato circles (take half of the potatoes); further spread minced and gently flatten; the next layer - mushrooms; then carrots; top close all remaining potatoes. Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, grated on a fine grater cheese (it should turn out like thick cream) and pour evenly on top of the casserole.
Put in the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes at 200C until golden brown
