How to bake cheesecake

  • 200g gallet cookie
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 80g butter
  • 30g crushed almonds
  • almond extract (optional)


Cream ingredients
  • 200g melted white chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 900g soft cream cheese type mascarpone
  • 125g sugar
  • 3 tsp flour
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 250g raspberry jam or jam


Preparation
  1. In a deep bowl of grinding cookies, add to it softened butter, almond crumb and sugar. Carefully wipe the mixture to a homogeneous state.


  2. Put the mass in a detachable form, level and tamp.


  3. Mix all ingredients for the cream except raspberry jam. Thoroughly whip the mixture to give it splendor. Put half the cream on the crust.


  4. 3/4 raspberry jam smear over the cream, and then lay out the second part cheese-mass.


  5. Use the remaining jam to decorate the cake. Fill jam confectionery bag or medical syringe and portions in the form of circles distributed on the surface of the cake.


  6. Turn the spoon over and use its handle to connect all the circles, moving in a spiral so that the hearts turn out. Bake cheesecake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C. After the cake is ready, turn off the heating and open the oven door. By allowing the dessert to cool in this way, you will avoid cracks on its surface.
