- 250g sand cookie
- 150g butter
- 360g chocolate paste
- 460g Philadelphia cheese
Preparation
- Place the cookies in a bowl of blender and grind it into a crumb.
- Mix softened butter and 40g chocolate paste. Melt the mixture in a water bath or in a microwave oven until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Add the butter and chocolate mixture to the cookies and mix thoroughly.
- In a deep vessel, mix the Philadelphia and the remaining chocolate paste with a blender.
