The ingredients
- 12 apricots
- 3 eggs
- 150g sugar
- 250ml cream
- 300g wheat flour
- 7g baking powder
- pinch
Preparation
- In a deep bowl beat the eggs with sugar with a mixer.
- Pour the cream without stopping whipping. Add sifted flour, salt and baking powder, stir with a spatula or spoon.
- Wash the apricots, get the bones out of them, cut them in small slices.
- Take a baking mould (I have a rectangular 35 by 25 centimeters). Cover the mold with parchment paper, and then pour dough into it. Dough evenly distributed with the help of a shoulder blade, lay out pieces of apricots.
- Bake bublanina in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes. Chill the finished cake and sprinkle powdered sugar if desired.
- That's it, Czech ready. Bon appetit!
