Sand dough cake recipe with apricots

Delicious apricot cake Ingredients for dough
  • 350g flour
  • 200g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g sugar

  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/2 bag of vanillin


Filling ingredients
  • 500g apricots
  • 400 g sour cream 15% fat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bag of vanillin
  • 150g sugar
  • 40g starch


Preparation
  1. Mix in a bowl flour, baking powder and soft butter. Pull a spoon to form a crumb.


  2. In another bowl pour 2 eggs, put 50 grams of sugar, half a pack of vanillin and a third teaspoon of salt. Stir the wreath.


  3. Add the egg mixture to the flour and oil. Mixtures are viscous sand-dough.

  4. Send the dough to the fridge for 1 hour.
  5. In the meantime, prepare a form for baking 24 centimeters in diameter. Put on the bottom of the parchment and lay out the dough, forming high sides.


  6. Place half of ripe apricots without pits over the dough.


  7. For pouring, combine sour cream, sugar, eggs, starch and vanilla sugar. Stir the wreath so there are no lumps.


  8. Pour the pour on the base of the cake and send it to the oven. Bake 30 minutes at 180 degrees and another 20 minutes at 160 degrees.
  9. Wait until the cake cools and only then take it out of a detachable shape.
