Apricot pie in the oven Ingredients
- 100g butter
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250g sour cream
- 15g baking powder
- 230g flour
- pinch
- 350g apricot
- 100g powdered sugar
Preparation
- First of all, we mix softened oil with sugar, bringing the consistency to uniformity. Then we add eggs to the bowl and gently whip everything with a wreath.
- Next, send sour cream to the resulting mixture and again slowly whip everything with a wreath. Then we add sifted flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt, after which we thoroughly mix the ingredients.
- After mixing the dough, I take the apricots and remove the bones from them. By the way, do not rush to throw out the bones. After all, you can dry them and get nuts from them, which can also later be used to make interesting desserts.
- At the next stage, it is necessary to cover the parchment form for baking and evenly distribute the finished dough on it. From above carefully lay out the halves of apricot.
- In the end, it remains only to send the cake to bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Readiness checked with a toothpick.
