Aubergine bake in the oven at a low temperature of about 80-100 degrees, about 30 minutes, turning them periodically, so as not burnt skin.
Onions cleaned, cut into half rings, tomatoes, cut into cubes, eggplant peel and cut into cubes, sliced mushrooms, garlic, finely chopped or passed through the press.
In the prepared baking dish put the vegetables, mix thoroughly, pour over the top with sour cream (mayonnaise), and sprinkle with grated cheese and place in oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
