Yoghurt jelly.


Ingredients:
yogurt - 750 ml
gelatin - 30 g
cold boiled water - 1 cup
Sugar - to taste
Gelatin, pour a glass of cold water and leave for 40-60 minutes.
 
Then heated to a minimum the fire, not allowing to boil. Cool slightly.

Yogurt mix with sugar. Pour the gelatin and mix thoroughly.

Pour into molds or ice-cream bowls and put in the fridge to solidify. Yoghurt jelly is ready!
