Milk jellies: delicious recipes


Milk jelly is low in calories, but delicious dessert which is also quickly prepared.

For making milk jelly need only milk, gelatin, sugar and any additives of your choice. It can be various spices, e.g., cinnamon or nutmeg. And you can use coffee, chocolate, fruit juices, cocoa or fruit.

The recipe of the MOST SIMPLE MILK JELLYWhat you need:

  • 500 ml of milk
  • 100 ml of water
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp gelatin
  • vanilla – to taste
How to cook the most simple milk jelly:

1. Gelatin should be boiled, room temperature water and leave to swell for about half an hour.

2. Then, you bring the milk to a boil, immediately remove from heat, add sugar, again bring to a boil again remove from heat and gently stir the squeezed out gelatine to enter.

3. When the mass has cooled slightly, it necessary to add vanilla, stir, strain the mixture through a sieve into the moulds and put into the refrigerator for freezing.

4. Before serving, the jelly should be extracted from the molds.


What you need:

  • 10 g gelatin
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 200 ml of milk
  • vanilla – to taste
How to cook classic milk jelly:

1. RUB the yolks with vanilla and sugar, and then pour in the hot milk.

2. Gelatin to pour the water and as soon as it swells, add to egg-milk mixture, and then heat it until thick.

3. Pour into jelly moulds and put into the refrigerator until fully cured.

This dessert can mix any fruit or berries, e.g. raspberries, cherries, tangerines, apricots or kiwi. Fruits should be cut into small pieces, place in bottom of ramekins and pour the jelly.


What you need:

  • 100 ml of water
  • 20 g gelatin
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 200 ml of freshly brewed coffee
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • vanilla – to taste
How to make coffee-milk jelly:

1. Gelatin should be divided into 2 equal parts and soak each in 50 ml of water.

2. Need of milk, bring to a boil over moderate heat, remove from heat and allow to cool to moderate warm condition. Then enter the vanilla, half the sugar and the first part of gelatin.

3. Coffee should add the remaining sugar, cinnamon and second half of the gelatine.

4. Then the molds needed to pour the milk mixture and refrigerate until fully cured. Then add on top of breast masses coffee and again to remove the jelly in the cold.published
