Preparation
  1. For biscuit. Beat the eggs with sugar into a lush mass, slowly add flour and peel. Put the finished dough in the form for baking, pre-laying paper for baking. Lubricate the paper with vegetable oil, biscuit will be ready in 20-30 minutes. If you put it in the oven, of course.



  2. For jelly. Cut the apricots in half, throw away the bones, leave some halves, make fat bees. Boil three glasses of water, add sugar and apricots to boiling water, cook for about 3 minutes. Two packs of jelly pour a glass of water, add gelatin to dissolve (without boiling), pour the jelly into an apricot broth and stir well. Save a glass of jelly for future decoration.



  3. Now take a shape slightly smaller than a biscuit and trim the biscuit along its contour. Pour the future jelly into the shape, turn the apricots in a slice up and let it cool completely. The form in which the dough was baked was again covered with paper, put biscuit in the center, ready-made jelly on it. To keep the jelly behind, dip the shape for a few seconds in hot water.



  4. For the yogurt layer. First, dissolve gelatin in 50 ml of hot water (without boiling), add powdered sugar to yogurt, mix well and add gelatin to it. Yogurt should be cooled in the refrigerator. Once it starts to stiffen, pour the yogurt into a mold with biscuit and jelly. The cake is almost ready, put it in the fridge for three hours.



  5. For decoration. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and put it in plastic bags. Cut the corner so that the chocolate can flow out in a thin stream. On the halves of apricot with dark chocolate, draw strips and a nose, paint your eyes with white chocolate (don’t forget to finish your pupils with dark chocolate). For the wings, it is enough to make incisions and insert almond petals into them. The fat bees are ready.



  6. Take the cake out of the fridge, pour the remaining jelly in the glass on top of it and place bees on it. Send the cake to the fridge again so that the jelly freezes. The cake is ready!
