Super drink to speed up metabolism

Turmeric belongs to the list of "Superfoods" and has long been known for its health benefits, particularly its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. That is why it is used in Indian Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine for centuries, helping to improve their health.

With the advent of the inflammation that is a symptom of such diseases as arthritis, it is important to include anti-inflammatory foods in your diet. Turmeric not only reduces inflammation but also has a whole series of advantages, namely:

1 Cup water
1/2 ripe avocado
1/2 Cup fresh or frozen blueberries (you can substitute any other berries)

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 tablespoon honey (you can substitute maple syrup or stevia)

Additional ingredients:

1 tablespoon Chia seed or flax
1 Cup spinach, Kale or other greens
1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 serving of protein powder
