Banana fritters.
Ingredients:
- Bananas 300g
- 60 ml milk
- Oat flour 100g
- A pinch of salt
- Eggs 25 g
- Vegetable oil 30 g
1. In a blender to whip the egg and salt.
2. Add sliced bananas, too beat.
3. Pour in the milk and add flour. Beat again. The dough should get as thick cream.
4. Fry on a nonstick pan with a little vegetable oil.
