Delicious pumpkin pancakes without flour, butter and sugar

Wonderful diet pumpkin pancakes with raisins, made without flour, butter and sugar in the oven!

Very tasty, healthy Breakfast or snack!





Ingredients:

  • 200g fresh pumpkin

  • 50 grams cottage cheese

  • ½ Piece medium Apple (70g)

  • 15-20 gr of raisins

  • 4-5 tbsp oat bran or rolled oats

  • 1 egg or 2 protein

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1/4 tsp.

  • additional sweetener to taste





How to prepare:

RUB the cottage cheese with egg, salt and soda until smooth. Pumpkin and apples to grate on the "average" Turk.

Raisins pour water for a while if it is too dry. Now mix everything together except the raisins.

Add milled in a coffee grinder bran and raisins. All carefully mix. Dough form "patties" and put them on a silicone Mat

Bake in the oven at 180C for 20-30 minutes, ensure that the pancakes browned but not burnt!
