This cocktail will recover after a workout

Celery and banana are rich in electrolytes sodium and potassium (which you lose when you sweat). Together with a protein contained in peanut butter, this shake provides an excellent rejuvenating effect. This drink is simply irreplaceable for those who visit a gym or doing other sports. Drink this smoothie after a workout and be healthy!





Rejuvenating green smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1 stalk celery with leaves
  • 1 small handful of Kale or spinach
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled
  • 1 lime (juice)
  • 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or soaked almonds
  • 1 Cup coconut water or grain milk of choice




Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender with several ice cubes until a homogeneous mass. Enjoy delicious and healthy drink!
