How to relieve fatigue and replenish energy
Energy is the ability of the body to do work. The scourge of modern society is chronic fatigue of a person, and a total shortage of free energy, which is needed both to achieve their goals and for daily existence.
Energy Gain and Removal of Fatigue
1. Taisha Abel's method
Quickly and strongly rub your hands against each other, apply them to your cheeks and take a few deep breaths.
2. Unwinding the spleen chakra
Concentrate on the left side, 10 cm above the waist (about where the spleen is located). Imagine a circle in that area with the “spokes” of the colors of the rainbow and a pink middle and start spinning it. Try both ways, which will make you more comfortable.
3. Removing eye fatigue
Bend your fingers as if you are holding an apple, point your hands with your fingers at each other, tap the fingertips of one hand at the fingertips of the other so that sensations (such as humming) appear in them. Then fold your fingers with a pinch and very gently knock on the closed eyelids, imagining that the energy from the fingertips flows into the eyes.
4. Breathing to calm nerves
Starting position: Stand up straight, legs shoulder wide, arms freely hanging along the body, palms open and turned forward. Take a full breath, as in a full breath - abdomen, chest, shoulders, at the same time raise your hands forward to shoulder level, in the final position of the palm look up. Hands straight. Then squeeze your hands into your fists, very strongly, holding your breath (without clamping your throat) and start on holding your breath quickly bend-extend your arms at your elbows so that the fists approach your shoulders, as if swinging like rocking on a simulator.
This is done with maximum effort, the fists should turn white with effort, and the hands shake with tension. Then, when it is no longer possible to hold without air, exhale, while leaning forward, to the level of the lower back, the hands relaxedly hang. Then the breath is normal, with simultaneous straightening. Breathing, then more. The number of such approaches is not more than 6.
5. The Cross.
Starting position: standing upright, legs shoulder wide, feet parallel, arms hang freely along the body. On a sharp deep full breath, straight hands are forcibly diluted to the sides, the hands are compressed into fists. Breathhold – all muscles of the body are tense. Keep the air as long as you can. Then exhale, lean forward with it, bending your back, your hands hang freely. Do it a few times. There are modifications to this exercise: the initial position is the same, inhaling along with unfolding the body into a posture when all the muscles can be strained, delaying the tension of all the muscles, then free exhalation. Only the position in which you turn changes.
6. Breathe in your palm.
Fold your palms with a boat (to do this, simply fold the two palms together and then spread them out from the side of your thumbs, leaving the other edge of your palms, fingertips and base closed). Place your palms on your face so that your nose, mouth and partially your eyes are in the boat. Close your eyes. Then breathe in the palm of your hand, so that warm air blows through your eyes and face. Breathe like that for a while. This method helps from eye fatigue and general fatigue, saturates with calmness and cheerfulness, clarifies vision and mind.
Morning gymnastics of Tibetan lamas takes no more than 7 minutes, but gives a huge effect!
1. When you wake up, lie down for five minutes with your eyes closed. Then rub your hands until they are hot. Then massage the ears (ear – the control panel of the whole body): the index, thumb and middle finger should be taken in a handful and rub the ear from top to bottom 30 times (the thumb is behind the ear).
2. Place your right palm on your forehead (on the line of your eyebrows), cover your left palm, focus on the point of the third eye (between your eyebrows) and move your forehead skin to the right and left 30 times with your palm. (This also helps with headaches.)
3. Put your hand in your fist, massage your closed eyes 15 times with your thumb knuckles – from nose to ears. This exercise improves vision and blood supply to the brain.
4. Put the right palm on the thyroid gland, the left - on top and move your hands, slightly pressing, from top to bottom - from the throat to the solar plexus 30 times.
5. Lie down, draw in and inflate your stomach as hard as possible - 30 times. Breathing is arbitrary. All stagnant phenomena in the digestive tract go away.
6. Lying on your back, slowly, on inhalation, first pull your right knee to your chest - 15 times. Then it's the left.
7. Put the right hand on the solar plexus, the left on top, make circles on the stomach with clockwise pressure - 30 times.
8. Legs outstretched, arms on the back of the head, inhale - raise your legs behind your head, exhale - lower. You have to do it 10 times. Improves male potency and digestion. Very useful for the spine.
9. Sit on the edge of the bed, eyes open, put the left leg on the right knee, rub the notch on the foot 30 times with the knuckles of the fingers. Same with the right leg. It stimulates all the organs.
10. Sitting, put the right hand on the back of your head, the left on top and move your arms, pressing, right-left 15 times.
After gymnastics, drink half a glass of warm water (and preferably 1-2 glasses of normal room temperature).
