Pork with pineapple
What you need:
(4 servings)
500 g pork tenderloin or neck
300 g fresh or canned pineapple
70 g of leeks
1-2 small chili pepper
a pinch of ground cardamom
5 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
salt
How to cook pork with pineapple:
1. Pork and pineapple cut into thin slices. Chile and leeks — thin rings.
2. In a well-heated pan fry pork in vegetable oil for 10-12 minutes. Add pineapple, leek and chilli, keep on heat for another 4-5 minutes. At the end add cardamom, soy sauce and dosolit to taste. Stir and remove from heat.
Pancakes with fish
What you need:
(4 servings)
250 g flour with baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
50 g melted butter
juice of 1/2 lemon
200 ml of yogurt
1 small zucchini or courgette
300 g hot smoked salmon
vegetable oil – for frying
1 tbsp of red caviar, lettuce leaves to feed
salt
How to cook fritters with fish:
1. Zucchini grate on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes. Half of salmon mash with a fork and mix with zucchini. Sift flour, mix with yogurt, beat with a mixer to test avoid lumps. There also add the melted butter, lemon juice, baking soda, salt, zucchini with fish. Whisk everything in a blender or mix well.
2. Preheat the pan with vegetable oil. Form fritters with a spoon and fry them on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on both sides until Golden brown.
3. Ready pancakes spread on plates, top lay the slices of fish and caviar, serve with lettuce leaves.
Lazy cabbage rolls in tomato sauce
What you need:
(for 6 servings)
100 g white cabbage or Chinese cabbage
1 onion
50 g carrots
2 cloves of garlic
400 grams beef or veal mince
70 g of boiled rice
salt
pinch of dried chilli flakes
600 g of tomatoes in own juice
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
2 sprigs purple Basil
How to prepare lazy cabbage rolls in tomato sauce with chili:
1. In a blender, combine the cabbage, onion, carrot and garlic, grind into fine crumbs. Mix the chopped vegetables with minced meat and rice, add incomplete teaspoon of salt, chili pepper, 2 tbsp of water and carefully knead the mince with your hands.
2. In refractory form put the tomatoes, add the olive oil, sugar, salt and mix. Of minced meat roll into small balls with a diameter of 4-5 cm, Put them in the tomato sauce and place in a preheated 240°C oven for 17-20 minutes. Decorate the finished dish with Basil leaves and serve.
Quick chakhokhbili What you need:
(4 servings)
5 sprigs purple Basil
5 sprigs of tarragon
5 sprigs of cilantro
3 cloves of garlic
600 g chicken fillet
6 tbsp olive oil
400 g cherry tomatoes
100 g chopped tomatoes in their own juice
1/2 tsp Khmeli-suneli
pinch of sugar (optional)
2 sprigs of any herbs – for decoration
salt, pepper
How to cook quick chakhokhbili:
1. Greens with garlic finely chop and mix. Chop chicken into large slices. On each slice put a tablespoon of the chopped greens with garlic, roll the rolls and give oval shape. Tie each roll of coarse thread or cleave with a skewer so they don't open.
2. Fry chicken rolls in a well heated pan with half of the olive oil on both sides until Golden brown. Then put in an ovenproof tray and put in a preheated 190°C oven for 12-13 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, put the tomatoes in a saucepan, add the tomatoes in own juice, remaining olive oil, hops-suneli, a little pinch of sugar (optional).
4. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, over medium heat. At the end add salt, pepper and serve with chicken, garnish with leaves remaining green.
Stew of beans with bacon
What you need:
(4 servings)
250 g of red beans
250 g canned white beans
200 grams of cooked smoked bacon
300 g of cherry tomatoes (or tomatoes in their own juice)
4 garlic cloves
4 tbsp olive oil
bunch of any greenery
a pinch of sugar
salt, pepper
How to cook a stew of beans with bacon:
1. Tomatoes cut in half, the bacon in small cubes.
2. Well, heat the olive oil in a deep saucepan and fry the bacon for 2-3 minutes. Add the chopped garlic, after a minute the tomatoes. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
3. Add beans, salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and simmer for another 4-5 minutes. Throw the chopped greens, stir and remove from heat.
4. To serve the stew, you can toast, boiled egg or poached egg.
