How to cook delicious blueberries

How to cook delicious blueberries Ingredients
  • 100g rice
  • 1kg pork mince
  • 1kg cabbage leaves
  • 4 bulbs
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • vegetable-oil
  • bay-leaf
  • salt and pepper
  • spice


Preparation
  1. First, prepare cabbage leaves for pigeons. There is no special secret here: cut a hatch out of cabbage and decoct the headmen in a large pan. Cook it for 2 minutes, take out and remove the upper soft leaves. Do it a few times.



  2. While the leaves are cooling, it is time to prepare the filling. Pour the rice with boiling water and wash it well. Suck the water and add minced rice. By the way, minced meat should be of medium fat content so that the blueberries turn out to be delicious.



  3. A good salt and pepper mixture of rice and mince. Now is the time to start eating vegetables. Cut the onions and carrots finely and roast them in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Roast 5-7 minutes, then add the finely chopped sweet pepper.



  4. Add a tomato paste to the vegetables and mix thoroughly. Roast vegetables with pasta for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Divide the finished vegetables in half.



  5. Send half the vegetables to rice and mince. From the second half we will prepare a gas station for pigeons. In the remaining half of the vegetables on the pan, add 0.5 liters of water. Add salt and pepper to the gas station, you can pour some spices. Bring the mixture to a boil and set it to cool.



  6. Stir the filling thoroughly. Now start cooking the pigeons themselves. Put some mince in the cabbage leaf and roll it with a triangle.



  7. At the bottom of a large cossack or pan pour a little refill, twisted doves lay out in one layer, on top of the fields again with a refill. So do it with every layer. When all the blueberries are twisted and laid out in a pan, pour out the rest of the refill. In the pan share another 0.5 liters of water and put to boil on a slow fire. On top, lay out sliced tomatoes for flavor, as well as bay leaf and other favorite spices. You need to cook about 30-40 minutes before ready.
