Recipe of blueberries with raw rice Ingredients
  • 500g mince
  • 100g raw rice
  • large (from 2 kg) cabbage head

Preparation
  1. Since we have a recipe with raw rice, we do not cook it on fire, but simply rinse and mix with minced rice. Rice is best to take round-grained, and use the minced one that you personally like the most. There is no need to worry about its fat content. We'll cook in the oven, so your figure won't suffer.


  2. Cook the cabbage in hot water until ready. We need big sheets, because we're going to make snail shells out of blueberries. Add to the ground greens and finely chopped onions. About half of what is available. Sprinkle and pepper. Place the filling on the sheet and wrap it in a tube. Now wrap some kind of roll out of it. Send future pigeons to a convenient container.


  3. Make a roast: grind carrots, sweet peppers, garlic and onion residues. Roast the vegetables over medium heat and keep stewing under the lid. Ambassadory.
