- 600g flour
- 300 m of water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
Filling ingredients
- 2 bulbs
- 400g minced meat
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp curing
- 2 tsp paprika
- salt
- peppery
- 100g rice
Preparation
- Mix salt, warm water and an egg in a deep bowl.
- Add the flour and knead the dough with your hands. Cover the bowl with a lid and leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes. Take the dough out of the fridge, divide it into 2 balls and leave it in the fridge again for 10 minutes.
- Peel and chop fine onions, mix it with fatty mince. In the classic recipe, lamb is used, but you can take pork with beef in a ratio of 1: 1.
- Add salt and spices to the mince and mix it well with a spoon. Pour 2 tbsp of water and remember mince with your hands.
- Wash the rice and cook it for 10 minutes, the cereal should be slightly undercooked. Then mix it with the mince.
- The dough rolls out as thinly as on mantas, about 1 mm. Cut the dough into 10cm squares.
- Put 1 tbsp fillings on each square and wrap like blueberries.
- Prepare fake pigeons for a couple of 40-45 minutes on medium fire. At the end, Khamir Hasip is served on the table with tomato sauce or a pour of onions, carrots, Bulgarian pepper and tomato paste is prepared.
