  • 4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp. l. flour

Preparation
  1. The recipe is very simple, the appetizer is prepared in literally 15 minutes. First, take out the stump from the cabbage. Now boil the water, salt and put the cabbage in boiling water for three minutes.
  2. Take it out and let it cool a little. While the cabbage is cooling, prepare the batter. To do this, mix eggs and mayonnaise in a separate container. Add flour, salt and spices. It will turn out even better if you beat it all with a mixer.

Salad with young cabbage and radish

Ingredients
  • 1 kg of young cabbage
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 200 g rice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 250 ml tomato juice or ground tomatoes

Preparation
  1. Remove the top leaves from the cabbage, cut the stalk and boil until soft. Cut off all seals and line the bottom and sides of the baking dish with them. Chop the rest of the cabbage.
  2. Chop the onion and carrot. Pour the tomatoes and carcasses over the vegetables for 5 minutes.
  3. Boil rice until half cooked, mix it with minced meat, add chopped vegetables with tomato, shredded cabbage, pour in sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly. The filling should be juicy.
  4. Put the resulting filling in a mold in layers: alternate minced meat and cabbage leaves.
  5. Next, cover the filling with leaves and send to the oven.
  6. Bake at 180 ° C for an hour.
  7. You can also cook lazy cabbage rolls in a slow cooker. Put the dish to cook in the "Stew" mode for 1.5 hours at a power of 450 W.

Recipe for delicious young cabbage cutlets

Ingredients
  • 1 kg of young cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g semolina
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 2 tbsp. l. bread crumbs
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste


Preparation
  1. Boil water in a saucepan and cut the cabbage into 4 parts. It is better to take young cabbage, it is softer and tastier, but the old one will work too.
  2. Salt the water and boil the cabbage for 10 minutes.
  3. Take the cabbage out of the water and mince it or chop it in a blender. Squeeze the cabbage to get rid of the water, but do not squeeze out all the water.
  4. Wash and chop a bunch of dill, onion and garlic.
  5. Add dill, onion and garlic to the cabbage. Pepper and salt to taste and mix well the minced cabbage.
  6. Add flour and semolina, mix the whole mass thoroughly. Add flour and semolina gradually so that the patties do not turn out bland. If the mixture is tightly mixed, you can dilute it with cabbage broth. Let the minced meat brew for 10 minutes so that the semolina swells and does not grind on your teeth.
  7. Form small cutlets from minced meat, roll them in bread crumbs.
  8. Fry cabbage cutlets with semolina until golden brown in vegetable oil.


Cottage cheese casserole with young cabbage

Ingredients
  • 400 g young white cabbage
  • 0.5 bunch green onions
  • 400 g cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 30 g butter
  • black pepper to taste
  • parsley or green onions to taste


Preparation
  1. Wash the cabbage, cut it in half and chop it.
  2. Pour the cabbage into a skillet and simmer it in butter. Don't forget to add salt and pepper. I use 2 pinches of pepper, but look to taste. Stir well and let the cabbage cool.
  3. In a separate container, beat the cottage cheese with 3 eggs. Salt and mix. Hard boil one remaining egg and let cool.
  4. Finely chop the hard-boiled egg and add to the cabbage, stir.
  5. Grease a baking dish with a small piece of butter. Put half of the curd and egg mass on the bottom of the mold, and then all the cabbage. Put the second half of the cottage cheese with an egg on top of the cabbage.
  6. Place the casserole in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 40–45 minutes until tender. Let the casserole cool, then sprinkle with chopped dill or green onions if desired.

Ingredients
  • 1 head of young cabbage
  • 350 g hard cheese
  • 1.5 tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • olive oil

  1. Boil water in a large saucepan, salt well.
  2. Put the cabbage in it and cook for 5 minutes. Disassemble the head of cabbage into individual leaves.

  2. Melt the butter in the microwave or water bath. Pour the oil into the cabbage and stir it.
  3. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with the rest of the butter. Spread the cabbage evenly over the deck.

  5. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream, add baking powder, salt and eggs. Mix everything until smooth. Instead of sour cream and mayonnaise, you can take 100 ml of kefir.
  6. Sift the flour and add to the egg mixture. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream. Spread the dough over the deck with the cabbage.
