For hard autumn cabbage, this makes sense: the leaves get a little softer. Spring cabbage with its delicate leaves under excessive pressure becomes sluggish, the salad turns watery and not as lush as it could be.

Cabbage salad with cucumbers and eggs

  • 500g young cabbage
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • salt
  • mayonnaise (can be replaced with homemade sauce)


Preparation
  1. Cut the cabbage in thin stripes.
