Meat stew Ingredients
  • 900g beef
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 stems of celery
  • 1 bulb
  • 3 teeth. Garlic
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 20g butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 200ml broth
  • 200ml tomato sauce
  • 0.5 kg of potatoes
  • 150g green peas
  • 0.5 tsp Italian herbs and smoked paprika
  • soy sauce, salt, pepper to taste


Preparation
  1. Let's start cooking stew with meat. It needs to be cut large enough, and then roasted in a pan to a golden crust. Put the roasted meat in a deep pan.



  2. Now turn to vegetables. Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Garlic can be crushed with a knife or passed through the press. Roast the onions, celery, carrots and garlic over a small heat for 5 minutes until soft. Shift the roasted vegetables to the meat.





  3. Melt the butter in the pan and roast the mushrooms cut in thin slices. Add flour, salt and pepper to taste and stir. Roast for another minute. Put the mushrooms in a common pan. Pour broth and soy sauce to the stew. Add the tomato paste and all the condiments.
