Oat pancakes with spinach
• 1.5 cups of oats
• 1 banana
• 1 Cup fresh spinach
• 1 Cup of any vegetable milk
Preparation:
1. In a blender mix oats and banana. Add spinach and milk. Whisk until smooth. Don't worry the resulting green test)
2. Heat the pan, brush with vegetable oil and bake pancakes until done on medium heat.
Serve with jam, fruit or sweet syrup. published
