The original smoothie: banana, grapefruit and tofu

This smoothie contains 400 calories approx. and it is literally filled with vitamins, antioxidants, protein and fiber!





1 ripe banana

250 ml (1 measuring Cup) fresh pink grapefruit juice

3 rounded teaspoons (10 g) of Flaxseed

2 heaping tsp (5 g) oat bran

2 tbsp. of dried cranberries

70 g soft organic tofu. published
