Pasties with mushrooms and cheese


For the filling:
Mushrooms: 500 g
Cheese: 150 g

For the dough:
Mineral water: 250 ml
Sol 1 hour. L.
Sugar 2 h. L.
Eggs: 1 pc.
Flour: 4 tbsp.


1. Prepare the filling: mushrooms fried in a pan, cool, add the grated cheese, chopped green onion, salt and mix well.
2. All the ingredients for the dough mix the dough to rest, cover with a cloth for 20 minutes! Of dough make balls roll out in the middle of a put stuffing, pinch the edges.
