Chebureki with meat

  • 8 tbsp flour
  • 3 tables of water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 150 ml of vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp vodka

Preparation
  1. Ask for flour in a large container.


  2. Solve salt and sugar in the water.


  3. Make a hole in flour and pour the resulting solution, vodka and vegetable oil there.


  4. Mix the dough thoroughly, wrap it with food film and leave at room temperature for 1 hour.


  5. While the dough is resting, it is time to prepare the filling. Take beef or lamb for filling. You can also make a mix of these meats.


  6. Roll the finished dough with a roller so that the thickness does not exceed 3 mm. With the help of a saucer, cut out cakes with a diameter of 15-20 centimeters from the test.


  7. Fold the dough in half and connect the edges as carefully as possible so that they do not part during frying and do not allow the filling and meat juice to leak out.


  8. Roast the cheburek in a lot of oil. Juicy chebureki Ready!
