Preparation

  3. Divide the dough into 14 equal parts and roll well. Put the filling on one part, and cover the top with another layer of dough. Carefully connect the edges and cut straight with a roller for the test. Repeat 7 times for each cheburek.



  4. Well warm up the pan with vegetable oil. Roast the cheburek on both sides on a small fire. After frying, put them on a paper towel to let the excess oil soak up.
